Located besides Big C supermarket and opposite Central World. I walked from the hotel to Platinum Mall, Pratunam and Siam Paragon. I saved money and time on transport. It is so convenient. The soundproofing in this room is excellent. I wish there are more storage space in the room. There are many hooks, one luggage rack and one small table and 1 bedside table.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and approachable. Requests are meet efficiency fast. Unfortunately, the standard room is small. The bathroom should have a permanent shower curtain which need to be below the kerb to prevent water from splashing out to wet the floor and it dangerous becos wet floor is slippery. Overall , the hotel is good to stay in.

Fantastic location and service from the staff. Everyone is extremely helpful and always smiling . Been staying here since the day they opened. They have improved alot since the opening. Only quirk is the bathroom tends to be humid and always difficult to dry towels . Even when I hanged my towels outside the bathroom it’s usually not dry the next day. Good thing is the room cleaning staff are always very good in with their work next day

Superb locations and the hotel vibes was so good that I wish I could stay a bit longer. The only complaint I would have is that tiny lift that goes to the connecting bridge to Central world that brings us to the Mezzanine floor… always long queue in the morning.
