Had a great one week stay with my family, staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean, staff topped up water and toiletries daily. Local area has great food options both western and local ,with 5 min walk to smaller local mall. Canal ride has easy access to downtown Bangkok malls. Overall great stay.

Property was definitely older than indicated in listing. Frankly there was a lot of junk in the lobby areas. Room was spacious and housekeeping did a good job. Hot water was sketchy. Location to local mall was excellent as well as rapid transit system.

Out of the 3 hotel we stayed during thailand trip this was the worst. Old room, out dated, leaking on the kitchen cabinet due to plumbing system. The water park picture to attract Booker need an extra fee.

スワンナプーム空港からタクシーで175バーツで空いていれば20分位で便利。エアポートレイルとイエローラインでも80バーツくらいで50分位。駅からはほぼ雨にも濡れずに10分掛からずに来れる。アソークや王宮までも隣のモールを抜けた所に乗り場があり、フェリーで早ければ40分位。ホテル内は少し古い感じ。部屋はコバエが酷い。殺虫剤で対応したが根本から清潔にしないと無理。ホテル側に提案ですが、月に一度位でいいので、風呂場の排水口を綺麗にしたらどうですか。それだけでかなり変わると思います。気温が高く湿気の多い国なので虫が多いのは仕方ない事ですが、努力はした方がいいと思います。他国から来る観光客は虫が苦手な人が多いと思います。近くにはモールやショッピングセンターなども多いですが、古着屋や屋台が多いちょっとしたエリアがあり下町っぽさ色んな雰囲気がbang kapiにはしありまし。
