This was my 4th yearly stay at Grande Centre Point Ploenchit, and it continues to be one of my favorite hotels in Bangkok. The biggest highlight is the staff—especially Mr. Blossom, who went out of his way to accommodate my early check-in request and had my room ready by 11:00 AM. That thoughtful gesture made a long travel day so much more comfortable. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well maintained, with a balcony and everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the BTS and close to Central Embassy, making it perfect for shopping Warm hospitality, great service, and consistent quality every year. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back again!

The hotel facilities are exceptionally clean, modern, and sophisticated. The staff provide outstanding hospitality and are consistently attentive, considerate, and helpful to guests. The hotel is conveniently located near a BTS station, with a large upscale shopping mall nearby offering a wide range of restaurants and a supermarket. However, the soundproofing in the rooms is somewhat limited, so guests who are sensitive to noise may be bothered by traffic and motorbike sounds from the main road.

Staff are very nice and the room is quite spacious. Location is in a prime spot close to the embassy’s which makes the area quite safe and also a quick grab drive away from popular strips such as khao san road, China Town, and strip malls. 7 Eleven is also right around the corner from the hotel
