Amanta hotel was excellent for my extended stay. It had everything needed to either make my own meals or warm up room service. Laundry facilities adequate. Breakfast included with stay for additional reasonable price was well worth it and very tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful, not all spoke English but I had no problems getting the help needed when necessary!! Would highly recommend!

Over priced

Staff were not very nice, no smile on their face and never say morning or hello, and the staff asked for tips once he showed us the room, never had this situation before. Room was so so, luckily we didn't order the breakfast because it was like serving food in one day tour. Super over priced!

The property itself is nice, with a good gym and pool area and large rooms. It’s also walking distance to night markets and malls. Downside was that they were very strict on their cancellation policies. We had a change to our travel plans and requested to leave a day early but they refused to give a refund or even partial refund for that day. Felt a bit frustrating after having booked a longer stay with them and spent money at their hotel, which is more expensive than a lot of the comparable options.

the location is good and close the night market. but the 1st room that we got is in the ground floor, but the balcony window couldn’t be locked. it is not safe. the front desk guy tried to arrange another bigger room for us, but this room the air condition is not working.. so room quality is bad.

The location itself is fine but the suite we booked was very dirty and wasnt managed well. Most importantly, the air con has a loud weird sound “like water flowing and dripping sound” , both in the bedroom and living room. It was so loud that even turn on the tv, the sound still cannot be masked...... it a continuous sounds so didnt really get any sleep the whole night.
