The location is great, the room was very nice, we had breakfast twice in the restaurant and that was nice. I think we must have visited at peak time because the crowds were huge and sometimes the staff was stretched thin. I’d recommend staying here, it’s central to Banff so getting around is easy.

The room was decent but there were a few things lacking. For some reason, they mentioned the rooms to have a safety box but our suite which was on the main floor didn’t have one. Also the air conditioner and plumbing made loud bumping noises. Other than that the room was a good size and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was a good location to the downtown area and shops.
