Ok so you panic slightly when you see it from the outside but the rooms have been beautifully refurbished inside. Coffee with fresh milk was a nice touch and appreciated. Great location and access to the swimming pool was icing on the cake.

The location and the lodge both were great. Walking distance to everything and also bus stop was right there. There was a convenience shop right there which was great. The are part of Canoe m Hotels and suites which was right across. Amenities included swimming pool and gym.

Everything was great here, staff were super helpful. So conveniently located for banff NP and can walk to downtown area where all the shops and restaurants are at. Room was super clean. Get great amenities like being able to use the pool/ hot tub for the hotel next door and they give you tea, hot chocolate or coffee to for you to make. Great place and will definitely stay here again when we come back!

For reasonably priced, clean accommodation was excellent. While out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Banff, your room stay includes a free bus pass to explore Banff and beyond. We had dinner in the restaurant at the Canoe Hotel across the street. Was much more fairly priced that restaurants downtown, and the food and ambience was excellent.

Room is too small, especially the shower. Check in is in canoe hotel across the street, all amenities are in canoe or Otto hotel. It’s close to A& K gas station / mart. Shuttle to downtown is included. I like the coffee and tea they provided. $400 a night, I think it’s too much.
