Great place to stay. Location was walkable to the main Banff avenue for restaurants but also great options for breakfast nearby like Sudden Sallys. We stayed in a loft room which worked well for us travelling with teens and having a kitchen area for making up lunches for hikes. Staff really helpful.

You have great staff, keep them happy always! The hotel need some upgrades but the facilities are clean. Very good location too, away from the hassle and bustle of core but have great restaurants within walking distance. With the bus stop a few steps away, you can easily reach the core and other tourist spots.

A very rusfic nice lodge located well within 15 mins from Banff downtown so eash access to all the coffee shops and restaurants. One of the few lodges that have a free parking for a rental car. It does not have a restaurant for bfast though. We enjoyed our stay for 2 days.

The hotel was nice. A little older but that’s ok with us. The staff was very nice. Parking is included which was great. The price however for all the hotels in Banff is seriously criminal and should be regulated.

Great stay, great location, we got the two bedroom room so it was just enough space for a family of 4. Free covered parking, coffee in the lobby, hot tub and indoor pool all came through clutch. Front desk was extremely helpful and the roam passes were great to get to downtown. This is a dated property but the stay was great despite that.
