We were happy with the location and amenities of the hotel. The staff was very helpful at check in and available for any questions we had during out stay. The hotel is clean and well kept. Would stay here again.

The place is clean near to downtown about 10 mins walk away from the noise. It has a good spread of breakfast and best is that coffee tea choco is available 24/7 near reception. I would stay at this hotel again!!

This property was good for our trip. Offering clean rooms, a nice pool, and a great breakfast. It was about a 10 min walk into town. I feel the pricing was high for the accommodation but I believe it is the same everywhere in Banff

The room was spacious and clean. Our main floor room also had a sliding door and a table with chairs outside to enjoy morning coffee. Staff are nice and helpful. Hot breakfast was included and also free parking which is why I booked here. There is a pool and hot tub but there is no gym.
