Great location in townsite near grocery store, transit hub and restaurants and stores. Parking is $60 per day. 1 BR suite was small, no place to put clothes i.e no drawers. Hot tub was out of service.

We really enjoyed our stay at Basecamp Suites in Banff! The location was absolutely perfect..right in the heart of everything and so convenient for exploring Banff. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. There were just a couple of things worth mentioning. We opted not to use the hot tub because we had some concerns about how well it was being maintained. I also wish parking had been included with our stay, or at least offered at a discounted rate for guests. Parking in the adjacent garage was $60 per day, which felt pretty steep on top of the cost of accommodations. That said, neither of these things took away from how much we enjoyed our stay overall. The location and wonderful staff were definite highlights, and we would absolutely stay at Basecamp Suites again on a future trip to Banff!

We had a 2 bedroom suite which was much better than a regular hotel for 4 adults travelling together. Plenty of space, comfortable beds and everything we needed (aside from groceries) to make a few light meals during our stay. I would stay again and would highly recommend!

Extremely clean and comfortable rooms, spacious, having a full kitchen and two bathrooms was great. The staff were friendly. You can access the nearby parking garage without having to go outside. Well worth the money, I have no complaints, it was a very nice stay.

Can't beat the location. Clean with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again. Rooms are small without closets but if you can get past this the location is worth the tight rooms. We parked a short walk away at the train station (free) since our truck didn't fit in the adjacent parking garage.

If you like independent travel this is great. Fabulous location - the staff cannot do enough for you. Toiletries, bin bags, etc included - easy to obtain further supplies if required. Very different to our experience in Europe.
