The price is worth your money for a three-person room. However, the water heater needs improvement as it often becomes cold when the third person starts showering. There were lots of ants crawling around and it's quite dusty too. But, overall, you can't complain or expect much for a price like this.

Friendly and helpful staff

The hotel's staff was friendly and helpful. The room was not so great (there was no windows to outside and there was quite a strange smell). Positive was that there were HBO and other english speaking channels available! The location was also good!

Windowless Room with poor shower drainage

Windowless room where you can hear conversations of your neighbours. No safety deposit box and no fridge in the room. Worst of all, the shower area has poor drainage that the shower water took forever to clear! Otherwise, it is located within a mall in a very happening area. Breakfast was average with limited choices.

일단 호텔이 몰 안에 위치함. 룸 컨디션 그냥 보통이고. 개미가 조금 보였음.... 호텔 직원들 친절하고 영어도 잘하심. 처음에 문제가 생겨서 조금 어이없고 화났는데 끝까지 차분하게 잘 설명해주시고 도와주심. 그러나 반둥에 여행ㅍ스팟에서 조금 거리가 멀다.

Easy access to food and restaurant. Unpleasant stay due to hotel family room was not as expected. Aircon not functioning as room feel humid even temp was at 18c. Hot shower only available after we inform the frontdesk to rectify the issue.

Room size is ok, bath room is good, our room 106 air condition is not too cool, breakfast is good. But this hotel guests are not have special parking area like other hotel they have in that building. The area of this hotel is very nice, you can walk around the old town heritage with so many history buildings around! Also they have so many restaurants nearby and also mall.
