This is a road motel, used by lots of motorcyclist, very quite people, The hotel has the very basics, it has an indoor swimming pool and sauna…, also a basic breakfast, if you will live there for few days the food will be the same every morning, they could do better in this area.

Very friendly place, our room smelled a bit, but once your in the smelled goes away, I think from having the door closed. Plenty of parking. Air conditioning works great. Motel is in walking distance to stores and resturants. Not the Hilton, but beds were comfortable. And a nice place to stay for sleeping.

Unfortunately there were road construction workers and bikers this particular weekend, who decided to talk, laugh and swear right outside my room door, and watch movies on Matilda after midnight. Had to call the front desk more than once. 1st night there was no answer. Other than that, room were average clean (cigarette butts littered the driveway all weekend), and the amenities were good and working. Very convenient but busy location.

We are talking here about a old style motel of the 1960 but well maintained repair maintenance done on a regular base...but aging also good staff helpfull, breakfast continental A1 ..remember only 2 motei in Bancroft limited choice for all the above I would recommend this place without hesitation

The hotel is older, so some wear and tear is understandable and to be expected. Unfortunately, I did notice a few cleanliness issues during my stay, including spider webs, dried dirt in the bathroom, and carpeting that felt quite grimy. A thorough carpet cleaning—or possibly replacing it—would make a significant difference. On the positive side, the beds were very comfortable, and I appreciated that the property felt safe and secure. The continental breakfast was generally well stocked. The only challenge was the waffle station, where there was often a wait. Adding a second waffle iron would help, especially during busy breakfast times. One of the unexpected highlights was the bog behind the hotel. We enjoyed hearing the bull frogs and the moose., and other mysterious wildlife sounds. There is a nice area for walking the dog and a nice playground.

Ok place to stop and sleep. Hot tub was out of order. TV didn’t work for several hours but eventually got reset and fixed. Carpets are stained and musty smelling. Beds were clean and sauna was nice. Continental breakfast was nice. Staff was nice. Overall not amazing but not bad.
