The room was dirty. The smoke alarm had a plastic bag wrapped around it from previous guests, there was an old empty water bottle next to the bed and hair in the shower. The hand towel had stains on in and we couldn’t tell if it was clean or dirty. Every time I asked staff a question they did not know the answer. I asked if I can charge a soda to my room and they said “hold on let me call and ask.” They should know the answer to that. I feel cat fished. The photos looked way better than that cramped dirty room.

Wasn't clean to me. The bathroom was clean, literally everything else wasn't. The smell was not a positive smell in the room. It bothered me to stay but I did and can promise you I will never stay again.

Will not recommend anyone it was in the ghetto. The hotel was more of a motel ghetto!! furniture broken, bathroom dirty and mole on the wall no good. The first thing they gave me the room door didn’t lock that was already a red flag. crackheads right next door of the hotel, around the corner, down the block and across the street.

The staff we had were tremendous. Melody, Debbie, Mo, Mark. Some of the staff I did not get their names. They made our stay positive. They are friendly, helpful and you are so lucky to have them all. Every employee we had interactions with went over and above their duties. The maintenance, front desk, cleaning staff and dining room staff.

We stayed here for a night and before checking in we called the hotels and requested for an early check in and the front desk gave us the confirmation on early check in. When we checked in we were denied the early check in and instead we were asked for additional $35 which we agreed to pay. The Manager Ms sue was very rude with us. The Manager and the front desk told us that they don’t know work with the 3rd party website but they don’t deny the business from 3rd parties. Then she showed us the written policy on the front desk and expects guests to come in before booking and read the policy on the front desk reception. We also checked their website they didn’t mention about early check in fees anywhere on the website. The manager Ms Sue didn’t even hear us out and simply walked away. Then we were assigned with the worst room. The room was filthy, dirty and smelled bad like a public toilet. After multiple requests we were assigned with another room and the tap of the shower was making constant noise. We called a front desk and the guy said they don’t have the maintenance guys. Imagine having a stay when as a tourist and paying extra and still receiving such pathetic service. We’ve always chosen Wyndham but this was the worst experience ever. We’ve always will certainly share our experience on Wyndham fb page with the photos and videos we have. The worst experience ever. We wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you run out of all the options.

I would avoid this place. The photos are not accurate. Our room was dirty upon arrival. It looked like someone had laid in our made bed. There was someone else's hair all over the bathroom. Our room lacked side tables, lamps and room darkening curtains. The walls were stained and the room smelled of urine. Thankfully I was able to get refunded for my second night. The staff was nice, but didn't really do anything to make our stay better.

First Impressions Matter. As fast as we checked in we checked out. When staying at a hotel, guests are not necessarily expecting luxury, particularly when booking a budget-friendly property. What guests should expect, however, is a room that is clean, sanitary, functional, and reasonably maintained. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The first thing that stood out to me was the overall condition of the furniture and room fixtures. The desk/counter area had significant visible deterioration along the edge. The finish is badly worn, chipped, and damaged, exposing the underlying material. This is not the type of minor cosmetic imperfection that can simply be dismissed as normal wear and tear. It gives the entire room an unkempt appearance. The Chair Was Particularly Concerning, The condition of the chair was another major issue. The seat is visibly worn, with large areas where the upholstery has deteriorated. The material appears cracked, peeling, and heavily damaged. This isn’t simply a chair showing a little age. The deterioration is extensive enough that it should have been replaced or reupholstered long ago. The carpeting throughout the room and surrounding area also contributed significantly to the negative impression. Damaged section of carpeting near the transition between the carpet and hard flooring. Fibers are pulled out and exposed, creating a frayed and unfinished appearance. This is a trip hazard as well as a maintenance
