★★★★★ Beautiful Hotel, Excellent Location, and Wonderful Staff! I had a wonderful stay at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Baltimore while attending my sorority convention at the Baltimore Convention Center. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Convention Center, which made getting to and from our events extremely convenient. The renovations were impeccable, and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed, making it a wonderful place to relax after long convention days. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. Their hospitality made an already enjoyable experience even better. I highly recommend the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Baltimore and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel with airy, spacious, quiet rooms. Lovely halls and lobby areas that evoke a rich history. The only issue we had (hence lower rating on amenities) was that we went for a nightcap in the bar after walking the inner harbor and they had run out of vodka. A bar runs out of vodka? Usually there are multiple choices, from house to top shelf, for that particular spirit.

Don’t write reviews often, but this hotel is above and beyond. A 1906 structure that they just don’t build anymore, lovingly and beautifully restored, with 14 foot ceilings in the rooms!!! When was the last time you had a 14 foot ceiling in the bath area? The architectural features are of another gilded era, and brought back to life like it was yesterday. Service is excellent. Full marks.

The room was nice and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The hallways had an odor and I had too many issues with my key card and wasn’t able to either get to my floor or enter my room without assistance from the staff. For a four star hotel, irons, ironing boards, and microwaves should be included in every room. Also, nothing in Baltimore downtown is what I would consider walkable from a safety standpoint.

Interior of the hotel was beautiful. Just as pictured. Received a complimentary room upgrade due to a birthday and the room was stunning. Also received 2 complimentary drink tickets for the hotel restaurant. Only negative was the AC in the bedroom area wasn’t working as well as the living room. Overall would stay again !
