Airport shuttle service was excellent. Staff was ok. The only negative was the bed. They need to replace mattresses. The mattress was soft in the middle, very uncomfortable, and resulted in a less than satisfactory sleep. I am a sound sleeper but on that mattress, staying asleep is extremely challenging.

We stayed for 1 week. We had to ask to get our room cleaned and it still didn’t get cleaned until I asked again. Our door handle was very hard to open. The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. Overall our stay was okay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Though they are doing renovation , it was clean. The only issue was the bathroom sink had a slow dragon, but I only realize it the day of my departure. Otherwise my stay was good. The breakfast was great , the staff was polite and helpful. Parking was accessible.

The staff were nice enough. The room was ok however, one leg broke off the couch. Breakfast was a disappointment. It goes until 10 am however whether you reach at 8 or 8:15am there is basically nothing and they don’t refill.

My husband and I stayed there during our drop session of our daughter to University and I must say the staff during the week we stayed was excellent. We had serval packages delivered to the hotel and not one day the staff was unpleasant. The hotel was clean at all times and I booked it also because it was approx. 5mins from the airport seeing that we had an early departure. Loved the room setup with two queen beds plus the pullout sofa! The room looked very nice and clean. Breakfast was a super nice hot meal, with different options each morning. They were doing some renovations when we were there, but nothing that interfered with our stay.
