Our suite was clean and spacious. All staff were friendly. It is nice to have parking in the same building and free breakfast is included. We had a partial view of the harbor, which was a plus. Great neighborhood.

Room and bathroom were clean, the bed box frame looks a bit worn, but the two different type of pillows made for a better than normal night of sleep than I am used to at hotels. Room has very good window-shades to block out bright sunlight if needed. The breakfast was good, nothing special, nor should anything above a basic good breakfast ever be expected. Area is safe compared to many other areas around Baltimore. Having a Starbuck and Movie theater next door was great , as well as the many shops / bars and restaurants all within a two-block radius with a water-front promenade to boot to walk along. Parking is extra and is not managed by the Hotel, but it's easy to navigate with the hotel access and payment. Staff at check-in was professional and efficient. I would stay again and recommend.

The property is located in a very upscale area within a few steps away from the Inner Harbor East Water Taxi, Four Seasons Hotel, Marriott Hotel, Chanel, J Crew, Hagen Daaz, Anthropology and other high-end Businesses. Right next door you will find Sandbox virtual reality playing, and Starbucks. The free breakfast is very good and the service is exceptional. The one bedroom suite is quite large and homie.

This was my first stay at Homewood Suites for my annual visit to a music festival in Baltimore. After my incredible stay it definitely won't be my last. My room was clean, comfortable and had every amenity I needed for my 5 day stay. The staff was super friendly, helpful and professional. I truly enjoyed this trip and Homewood Suites had a lot to do with that.

I probably will not stay here again. 1. location: good location, nearby many tourist attractions and restaurants. walking distance to the aquarium. 2. staff : not so friendly staff from the gate to the front desk. I can’t say rude but definitely not friendly. 3. parking : THIS PLACE HAS NO PARKING! It uses a parking structure next to it, not owned by the property so you can park and pay using a qr code. It’s based on 24 hour time frame. 4. room and amenities : the only nice part is the building itself. the room is poorly maintained with holes in bed covers. Amenities are also below average quality and it’s not kept full so I ran out of soap in mid shower. There were better hotels next to this one so I will try them but not this one. I was disappointed.

Our family really enjoyed our time in Baltimore, and this was a nice compliment to our experience. I appreciated how there was parking available (even though it's through a separate ramp and payment), it was very convenient in a downtown area. The location was excellent, felt safe, close to dining options, and was walkable to the harbor. Make sure to enjoy the breakfast, it was a valuable addition to the stay and a great way to begin our morning. It's connected to a Starbucks and they even offer cookies in the afternoon. Great for families and for business.

If you are travelling with a family and want to be centrally located at a reasonable price, then this hotel is for you. The rooms are large and well located (5 minute walk to the central pier). The rooms are a little dated/worn and could use a renovation. The breakfast is okay with generous opening hours, and the parking (at the rear of the hotel) is reasonably priced (we paid 50 dollars for 48 hours). The staff are friendly and helpful..

Room was clean, impressed that it had a ceiling fan! Breakfast had a good variety but it was a mess and poorly stocked with no staff attending to it. One guest needed something and basically had to go search through the kitchen area to find a person to help. Tables were sticky and disorderly, waffle station was makeshift setup separate from the rest of the food and had stuff strewn all over. We asked about the pool situation , which is apparently at a different facility that we had access to, but the response was confusing and left us feeling like it was a hassle so we didn't pursue it.
