Great place and the pool was beyond expectations. Love the location to the Harbor, such a short walk to the aquarium. Just didn't like the french doors to the bathroom. I was with three kids, and they could see through the seam where the doors would meet. It is hard as a mom to get alone time in general, especially when Dad had to work, so the one place I can get was gone.

We were here for a night and everything was great. Liked that the parking garage was attached to the hotel. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful, shout out to Tyrone in the restaurant who gave exceptional service. The pool belongs to the gym, which is also attached and my son enjoyed swimming there. It’s a close walk to Inner Harbor and there is a Starbucks attached to it which was perfect. Definitely recommend!

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. However it took use 30-45 minutes to get checked in because 2 of the front desk stations were down. Also the pool was not listed on the amenities of the hotel, and neither was it's open hours so we were unable to swim at all during the stay. We were not provided any bottles of water in our room. Because the room is only made up every 2 days, it was not cleaned during our 2 day stay. Therefore the room's coffee station was not replenished. The staff at breakfast was friendly and helpful.
