The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, I sent a text weeks ago requesting a shower chair for my 94 year old mom and someone sent me a text saying that a chair would be in the room. When we arrived I was told that there were no shower chairs. The staff did try to accommodate me by putting me in a room with a shower bar, but that really was not helpful. Also, the room needed a waste paper basket other than the tiny basket in the bathroom. I also found that the carpets need cleaning. Overall, good stay
