The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to get the food and make us feel comfortable. The hotel is kept clean and organized. However, we had to cut our trip short because we found the bed uncomfortable and woke up with severe body pains. Also, it would be nice to have a vending machine. There is a sign on the floor showing vending and ice but we found the ice maker only.

My room was clean and spacious! Check in was very easy and the lady who checked me in was kind and helpful! The elevators are a little scary and need to be addressed. I had to leave before breakfast but it looked delicious! Check out was easy. I missed that there is no pool and that is totally on me! I appreciated a nice room to stay before I had to drive back to NC.

The hotel had a strong odor of mole. Which also came through the bathroom sink. It appeared several people lived in the hotel permanently. I saw a lot of dog walking. As I was leaving a resident mentioned to management his wife was robbed. When. He we t to office to seek help. Right outside the front of the hotel. The attendant sat in the office and never offered assistance. I will not stay at this hampton in again. A lot of stores and things to do in the area. This was the worst hamton inn I ever stayed at . Two more things direct tv was horrible The dresser drawers were worn and did not stay closed
