Wonderful Stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel had a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The location was also very convenient, making it easy for us to get around. We especially appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit.

Stayed for my daughter’s birthday. The balloons were in the room when we arrived as expected. She was later brought a mini happy birthday cake that was delivered to the room. We also had an amazing spa day the next day. The hotel staff and spa staff were all professional and courteous. My husband and I also stay at this property about twice a year, and has remained one of our favorites.

In my view, this is the most underrated Four Seasons property. Beautiful spaces and facilities, and, best is amazing responsive staff. I've stayed here multiple times, and it somehow keeps getting better. If you're on the East Coast, this is a great weekend getaway. In the summer, the pool vibe is full on-resort, and in the non-summer months, the Spa has a similar feel, with a host of amenities (in their Water Experience). I had a (too) short, but remarkable stay.

We had high expectations for a Four Seasons property and were disappointed several times throughout our stay. When we checked in the front desk couldn’t help us pay for parking. We had to go back down to the garage to figure it out, We had communicated 3 different times that we needed our sofa bed turned down and it was never done. There were no sheets or pillows in the room to do it ourselves, we got back from a concert at 11pm and turn down service had not come in while we were out. We used the app to ask for the bed to be made and got a response saying turndown service had ended. Finally, close to midnight someone came to make the bed. There was a large stain on the mattress. We had communicated that it was my daughter’s birthday twice and it wasn’t acknowledged until we followed up on the app. The service by the pool was very slow and it was hard to get the servers attention. Overall, it felt like I was constantly having to follow up to get what we needed. I expected better service.
