Clean rooms good breakfast helpful staff easy checking in and check outs. Clean premises overall well manicured grass and hedges. Cold, air conditioned rooms with free ice machines and easily accessible pool area. Weight rooms available made new want to stay longer. Good hotel good stay. I highly recommend.

This hotel wasn’t clean to my liking. The shower was clogged and the linen was dirty on the bedding. While the refrigerator was rusted inside and out and wasn’t clean. The employees were nice enough to change my room and understood the concerns that I had. I wouldn’t revisit.

I didn't even try the pool. The lobby reeked of weed. We reserved a wheelchair accessable room. The first one was so narrow my wife couldnt even drive in. The secon she could at least get her wheelchair in. The door barely locked so we had the ironing board shoved under it for security. The breakfast was food, when it was there. We had one towel the first night and had to ask 4 times for more towels. Not the best time. All the staff were very friendly though.

During breakfast worker was slow in cleaning the area once people finished eating. Cups, plates, and food weren't replenished when needed. The room was clean, but communicating with the staff was a problem. Many of them couldn't speak English. The heating unit worked well.

The hotel is an extended care for people that is in need of housing. The people that stay there are people that looks like they are on drugs and homeless. I rented two rooms. One was good. The rooms were decent as being clean. The 1st room they gave me it had no heat and no toilet tissue in the room. I called to request if someone can come up to the room to try and get the heat on, no one came. I went downstairs to the desk to find out the problem. Upon standing at the desk for about 15 minutes while the night manager was on the phone, ignoring my presence, I tapped on the window to ask if I can get some assistance. He told me he was on the phone. I just asked if I can another room. He gives me a room on the other side of the 4th fl where the extended people rooms stayed. I got no sleep. These people stayed up all night. Running thru the hallway and talking loud. They do have roaches. One was in my room, I killed it. The breakfast was not good. People were grabbing muffins with thier uncleanly hands. The day time manager was nice. Hotels.com should remove this hotel off thier list or list it right as an extended stay hotel. I will never stay there again or suggest anyone to stay at this hotel. I am from out of town and I was looking for a hotel close to the an event I was invited to for a day. I survived the stay. It was a rough night. I wish I could get my money back. Not a happy customer. was close to anevenwatoeextendedshe
