“It was a pleasant surprise to find on arrival that not only was breakfast for two included but also were two free drinks in the hotel. We particularly liked their lovely black cat who met us in the morning and deigned to allow us a pat. Great accom and location away from the CBD. Only downside was noisy traffic from passing trucks.”

“The room was reasonably clean but the furnishings and fittings were outdated. The bed was in poor condition and pillows were not of the quality you would expect from a quality motel.”

“First time staying here, everything was fantastic especially the shower, super quiet, conveniently located and close to everything.”

“Friendly admin. Perfect large clean room to move around in while feeling tired. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family members.”

“Air conditioner could be upgraded took ages to heat up the room but everything else was good maybe a couple of spoon to stir your coffee though ”

“Good value option for overnight stay in Dubbo. Short walk into centre of town. Will take advantage of onsite restaurant next time.”

“The room we stayed in had a massive mould patch in ceiling above kitchen with water dripping inside and on floor. A horrible brown leak was coming out of oven on arrival and we used up all our towels to clean up the mess. We had three little kids and the staff were not helpful at all. We didnt even get offered new towels.”

“The staff were amazing and this was such an enjoyable, comfortable, and informative trip to the wildlife preserve. Jacob and Lyndsay were great guides and the accommodations were EXCELLENT!”

“Dubbo Rhino Lodge was a pleasant surprise! The glamping tent was spacious, clean and lovely, not to mention warm! The heating worked very well. We loved the restaurant! The meals were very cheap and delicious. The facilities around the lodge were great, the kids had fun on the playground, and I was able to use the shared laundry to catch up on some washing. All of our dealings with staff were pleasant. If we ever come back to Dubbo, we will definitely stay here again.”
