The court yard was quite pleasant. The pool was very large with excellent choice of landscaping. The rooms we nice and roomy...the bed was super comfortable. It was a nice quiet place to relax.

This was my 2nd time staying in Sure Stay Hotel. The first time was an excellent rating for this type of hotel. Their breakfast was well served and complete. The service from hotel front desk, restaurant, room service and security is very good. They are all very professional, friendly and are excellent at their job. Safety is important here and the hotel manager is hands on with hotel service. These things that I have relayed still reflects Sure Stay Hotel till this time. It is lovely to stay here and economical.

The room was clean and comfortable. However it was super hot in the room upon arrival and took a bit to get it cool. The only down side was the pool was super cloudy and first. Staff were polite and kind.

The web page makes the place sound great. DON’T STAY HERE! The property suffers from decades of deferred maintenance, the pool is murky, the “hot” breakfast is a joke (powdered scrambled eggs and greasy hash browns, bad coffee and warm non carbonated Pepsi. The location is in a bad neighborhood with homeless people camped out in the parking lot. The entire property is surrounded by a chain link fence with security gates that make it feel like a prison yard. The staff was helpful; none of this is their fault. Best Western needs to get its act together and send a rep out to do a comprehensive audit. When they do so, they will be shocked.

My husband and I stayed here for a motorcycle event! The rooms were nice but could use a little upgrade. The air conditioner didnt work like i wouldve liked it to but... it worked! The bed was very comfortable! The pool and outdoor area was super nice as well!
