The property is near the freeway that’s goood but it needs some repairs the jacuzzi wasn’t working and there’re birds near the pool so the feathers fall in the water, the room looks clean plenty of space, door lock wasn’t working properly in 209

It was a very busy day with outside people trying to come in and cause havoc, however the young lady that helped us checked in was very professional and helpful and handled the situations that were inc ring of her beautiful. Our stay was very pleasant and she made it so easy even after I got locked out of my room( my fault). She was awesome and just want to recognize her for her dedicated customer service.

The rooms are spacious and really nice for the price point. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is decent. One star deducted for the guy who followed me into the lobby asking for spare change and the tepid reaction from desk staff.

Decent rooms for the price. We have 2 dogs so $50 was a good price for our stay for pets. The breakfast was average. The ice machine was broken the first few days of our stay but they fixed it over the weekend. Housekeeping leaves early so make sure you request early. We stayed 5 days and did not receive housekeeping

Despite the correctional facility entry gate, the property was nice. Rooms were spacious and the breakfast lounge area was nice with a good breakfast (no eggs). The pool and Jacuzzi were out of order, but this wasn’t a big deal since it was 40° outside another benefit is it is right next to valley plaza mall and just walking distance from Dave & Buster’s and other restaurants.

The breakfast is just ok not high quality but neither are the rooms. Our room was supposed to be non-smoking and smelled of cigarette smoke. The iron didn't work and water drained all over my clothes. We had the iron swapped out WITH hassles from staff. The bed Was Comfy. The bath and shower held smelled nice. The property is right next to the highway. The hallways smelled of poopy diapers. Will NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. Bathroom mirror frame cracked and hung crooked. The shelf over the toilet had been broken and was re-hung in an usable state. The area where the hotel is located is rundown appears not very safe.
