“The apartment itself is great —clean, beautifully furnished, and ideally located right by the Slovenian border for further exploring. “Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt – wirklich top! Allerdings fehlten im Zimmer Zahnbürsten sowie Kinderbademäntel, was man in einem 5-Sterne-Haus eigentlich erwarten würde. Auch eine Flasche Wasser bei der Anreise wäre eine nette Aufmerksamkeit. Als kleinen Gedankenanstoß: Im Poolbereich wäre eine kleine Aufstellrutsche im Kinderbecken eine tolle Ergänzung – mit wenig Aufwand, aber großer Freude für die Kinder. 😊 Beim Frühstück wären moderne Optionen wie Porridge oder Bircher Müsli...

“O atendimento de todos no hotel Belmur, especialmente do Branco (dono do hotel), foi excepcional! Fomos muito bem recebidas e atendidas durante toda a estadia, e amamos o super café da manhã maravilhoso diariamente, sem palavras! A cama do hotel é muito confortável, o quarto e o banheiro tinham um ótimo espaço para duas pessoas. Parabéns à todos do hotel!”

“My booking was prepaid and confirmed, but when me and my family arived, the hotel was closed. We called the numbers provided on their signs for hours but nobody answered. This was at 4pm and the temperature was almost 40c. Not ideal for anyone, let alone with a kid... When speaking to the neighbors they confirmed that this happended to other guests before and that the owner is away on holiday. Stay away from this place at all costs!”
