“I have used Holiday Inn on several occasions and I have never encountered a place like this. The bathroom was uncomfortable, unclean, the common areas were dirty, but the worst of all was that there were children running around everywhere and knocking on the doors. We had to notify security... all night long there was shouting, they were knocking on the doors. It was really a high price to pay for the terrible service we received.”

“The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with the convenience of a fridge, microwave and coffee machine in the room. The hotel was well situated for our weekend stay in Orillia, about 5 minutes from the Moose Beach parkrun and 15 minutes from the casino.
Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast had a nice selection of hot and cold options and was available until 10am on weekends. The 24 hour coffee was both welcome and delicious.
Our check-in was 3pm but when we...
