“We chose to stay in a budget room at the back of the property, for the price. When we arrived we found that the property was unstaffed in the office - note on the door for a phone number to ring. Luckily there was a cleaner there and she explained the situation regarding the key boxes. I phoned the listed number and the voice recording was of very poor quality, and left a message. I hadn't heard back for over 1/2 hour, so phoned again and the call was answered and instructions given. She...
