“This is a really nice hotel not far from the station. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet & had all the expected amenities. Staff were friendly & helpful. The breakfast has huge! I would definitely stay here again.”

Les dije no tenía uso del teléfono para llamadas y me dijeron que fuera a información y que ellos llamarían. Fuimos a 3 sitios que decían información y ninguno quiso hacerlo. Tuve que pedirle un favor a alguien para que hiciera la llamada... Según la reservación, un transporte estaba incluido. Yo quise pagar el regreso (£19.95=$25.68) y ellos no lo aceptaron así. Ya en el carro, no...

“What a lovely surprise it was to arrive at The Swan in Esher! We were able to park easily at no charge. We were made to feel welcome and shown to our small but clean, comfortable and quiet room, providing everything we needed for our two night stay. The breakfast (included in the price) was delicious and set us up for the rest of the day. Unbelievable value for money - we look forward to staying there again in the future!”

“This is a place for when you want to toyally switch off, relax and gave a great nights sleep. Having no TV on the room, meant we went to bed early, heard no a sound all night and came away fully refreshed after one night. There are a couple of nice pubs and restaurants in walking distance and the Thai Orchid is fab.”
