“Great place to stay, felt rustic yet upscale. The location put you within a 45 minute drive of many Tuscan sights and towns. The restaurant offered some of the best dinners we had in Italy with a true farm to table experience. The staff were extremely helpful with suggestions for the area”

“Feels like property incomplete in furnishing, still being set.
Lots of service glitches...They couldn't sort my storage and I had no where to keep it. Quite frustrating given my locked had been prebooked.
Air con was only 'on', but not working, with windows shut - it got stuffy. No one came to fix it.
Huge space, which was nice, but felt they could have added a desk and chair in the room. Nowhere to keep your stuff other than a strange shelf unit. As bed was high, and it all just felt weird....

“EDIFICIO DECEPCIONANTE. OLOR CONSTANTE A DESAGUE. ASCENSOR HORRIBLE CON CAPACIDAD PARA UNA PERSONA DELGADA. LA ATENCION DE LA PERSONA QUE NOS RECIBIO, DEJO MUCHO QUE DESEAR, LIMITANDOSE A LA ENTREGA DE LAS LLAVES, SIN INTERES NINGUNO DE NUESTRA ESTANCIA. NO LO RECOMENDARE A NADIE.”
