“Very clean and great staff. The breakfast was lovely. Nice to find out that the meat from the brasserie is all halal, which meant I had a steak on our second night. Also the ravioli dish was wonderful too. Loved the food. The spa facilities are fantastic and not busy. Other guests were perfectly pleasant, didn't experience any issues considering we were the only non-white couple there and my wife dresses modestly. “I was one of a quite a few wedding guests staying at the hotel? Luckily our room had Aircon which was lovely but I know quite a few of the other rooms didn’t have Aircon so I think that would be advisable to be put in all the rooms”

“Negative: needs decorating, plumbing needs attention, especially the toilet, terrible flush. Positive: lovely reception area, rooms nice and quiet, staff very attentive.”

“In all an average room. The beds were comfortable. The room was not clean at all cobwebs and dust in the bedroom area and the bathroom was disgusting the shower was not clean and underneath the toilet liner had brown old stains on was really dirty.”

“Character room, good size with everything you would need. There were a few things that needed refreshing but it was all fine for a short stay. The breakfast was really good, hot and well presented with good coffee/tea. Good value for money and good location for many places to visit.”
