I had great emotional release massage. The room was very good. It was just a bit cold - i tried to stop the air condition. I also did yoga in the morning - which is great addition to the stay.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt im Nouri. Das Hotel ist modern, stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und auch der hoteleigene Spa Bereich ist klein, aber fein. An kühleren Tagen wird es dort allerdings schnell voll. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und auch der Zimmerservice war sehr lecker. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Bilder im Internet etwas irreführend sind. Der große Pool gehört zur benachbarten Vita Classica und nicht zum Hotel. Von der Vita Classica selbst waren wir leider enttäuscht. Die Atmosphäre war für uns nicht erholsam und viele Besucher haben sich unserer Meinung nach sehr unangemessen und rücksichtslos verhalten. Natürlich kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Wir hätten uns beim Check in aber einen Hinweis gewünscht, dass der Saunabereich der Vita Classica zusätzlich bezahlt werden muss. Auch die Parkgebühren der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage finden wir recht hoch. Da unser Camper nicht in die Tiefgarage passte, mussten wir auf dem Parkplatz der Vita Classica parken und unser gesamtes Gepäck bis zum Hotel tragen. Für ein Wellnesshotel hätten wir uns hier eine entspanntere Lösung gewünscht. Außerdem betrat die Reinigungskraft am Abreisetag bereits unser Zimmer, obwohl wir vor dem Check out noch dort waren. Ein kurzes Anklopfen und Abwarten hätten wir uns gewünscht. Insgesamt hatten wir trotzdem einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben das beste daraus gemacht.

Einrichtung ist top, Lobby, Rooftopbar und auch das Zimmer (s. Fotos). Gratiszugang zur Therme ebenfalls klasse. Zimmer sehr sauber, mit Balkon und groß. Nun zum Aber: mit +300,-€ pro Nacht relativ hochpreisig, dafür darf folgendes nicht passieren: gestapelte (und gewaschene!) Teller beim Frühstück mehrfach schmutzig (s. Fotos), alleine an 3 Tagen mind. 10 oder mehr solcher Teller gesehen. Ein No-Go. Essen (u.a. Erdbeeren) waren 2x nach der Hälfte der Frühstückszeit aus, man wird früh zum hamstern gezwungen, möchte man welche haben. Automatenkaffee höchstens Mittelmaß, auf Nachfrage: es wird kein separater Cappuccino serviert. Personal beim Frühstück überfordert, zwar freundlich, aber es wirkt chaotisch, es fehlt ein Servicechef im Frühstücksraum. Zu guter letzt wollte man uns beim auschecken 3 Tage Tiefgaragenplatz (à 17,- € pro Tag) berechnen, obwohl wir ihn nicht hatten. Parken am Hotel nahezu unmöglich, Tipp: Parkplatz Theresienklinik nutzen, kostenlos 5min zu Fuß zum Hotel.

Schönes Hotel, gut gelegen. Man merkt, dass es neu ist. Sehr sauber und alle sind super freundlich. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch. Die Betten und Kissen waren bequem. Die Rooftop Bar lohnt sich. Einzig schade war, dass wir an zwei Tagen nachfragen mussten, bis das Zimmer gemacht wurde.

Die Betten sind ein Traum, nicht einmal zuhause schlafe ich so gut. Schallisolierte Zimmer tragen gewiss auch zu einem guten Schlafklima bei. Topp Personal das weder störend noch aufdringlich wirkt. Ein Highlight ist das riesige umfangreiche Frühstück und der direkte Zugang zur Therme
