“The hotel looks a lovely place but it lacked on customer service and hence the atmosphere was rather cold.
There was only one nice waitress and actually talked to us.
It is a shame as I represent many large companies and Travel Agents in the UK that are always keen to find the perfect hotel, place etc. for their events.
So far the Yacht Hotel in Prien by Chiemsee proved to be the best option as well as some other hotels in Bavaria.
I appreciate making money is important but the customer...

“Een hotel met alle comfort maar geen luxe. Het ontbijt is goed. De matrassen van de bedden konden beter. Prijsmatig een beetje aan de dure kant in vergelijking met de concurrenten. Maar wel een mooie rustige locatie. Aanrader voor wie niet ‘al teveel’ verwacht.”
