Besviken pĂ„ upplevelsen – inte i linje med vad som utlovas av ett femstjĂ€rnigt hotell. Vi reste med vĂ„ra tvĂ„ smĂ„ barn och hade bokat ett rum med egen pool – med tydlig önskan om ett lugnt och stillsamt boende, dĂ„ barnens sömn Ă€r viktig. TyvĂ€rr levde vistelsen inte alls upp till förvĂ€ntningarna eller den nivĂ„ man förvĂ€ntar sig i denna prisklass. Det rum vi först tilldelades lĂ„g nĂ€ra en trafikerad vĂ€g, vilket innebar att ljudet frĂ„n trafiken hördes tydligt, sĂ€rskilt pĂ„ kvĂ€llar och nĂ€tter. Det blev en störande kontrast till den ro och avkoppling vi hade hoppats pĂ„. VĂ€rre blev det nĂ€r vi upptĂ€ckte kackerlackor som sprang runt under sĂ€ngen och mellan rummen – nĂ„got som absolut inte hör hemma pĂ„ ett hotell i denna kategori. DĂ€rtill hade rummet en tydlig lukt av mögel, och luftkonditioneringen fungerade mycket dĂ„ligt. Den vĂ€xlade mellan iskall kyla, vilket gjorde att barnen frös, och kvĂ€vande vĂ€rme nĂ€r vi stĂ€ngde av den för att undvika nedkylning. Elektriciteten kĂ€ndes heller inte trygg. Une trÚs belle chambre rénovée, pas neuve mais propres et grande pour accueillir une famille de 5 personnes.
