The hotel is small but the owner and staff were quite pleasant and helpful. Love chatting with the owner and hearing all the upcoming plans of the upgrades she plans on implementing. Love the quiet feel of this place

Very clean & nicely decorated motel, beautiful flower garden in front of building. Oftentimes no one at front desk but when staff member was available, she was very nice & friendly. Pet fee was first quoted at $20/night but when we checked in, it was just raised to $25.

We got an upgrade from a room with 2 queens on a main floor to a room upstairs with a king because the room with 2 queens was needed for someone unable to navigate the stairs. Luckily this wasn't an issue for us (a couple), but the staff didn't ask (though we've stayed there before so perhaps she recognized our names). The room smelled a bit of stale smoke which seemed to be coming from the ancient (but efficient) AC unit. Would be nice to have a nightstand (and outlet) on both sides of the bed instead of just the one. Breakfast was simple and decent...bagels, bread, cereal, cream cheese, yogurt, juice, milk, coffee. It's definitely not a fancy place and could use some updates, but it's clean and the manager is always friendly.
