The hotel location next to the Cathedral is really convenient and the historic architecture inside is stunning. The housekeeping staff are lovely. The breakfast buffet is generous. For travelers arriving at odd hours, it would be good for them to stock the mini bar with some snacks in addition to the bottles of water. Great value for money.

Paid to upgrade for a room which overlooked the cathedral square. Very nice room. The communal areas were atmospheric. The reception staff were very helpful. One of the waitresses needs extra customer care training.
