It's a motel not a hotel

As the others mentioned, it's a motel, not a hotel...not that clean for the money we paid, i had to swap our beds with my kids one for safety reasons, there's ladder to climb up to the to top bed which is entirely not safe, also was too small for my boys. Over all outside the property looks nicer than inside.

Chambre en mezzanine, pas toujours pratique. Assez exiguë. Toutes les chambres sont en rdc, cest pas mal. Le petit dejeuner etait copieux.

Climatisation qui coule

Nous avons loué une chambre pour reprendre la route le lendemain. A l'acceuil la dame nous explique que la clim fuit et qu'elle n'y peut rien y faire qu'ils ont mit une serviette sur le sol en attendant!toute la nuit nous avons dormis avec un goutte à goutte! La nuit a été bien compliquée!

La chambre est exiguë et mal nettoyée et il y a une forte odeur d'égout venant de la salle de bain. De plus, le climatiseur fixe était cassé et a été remplacé par un climatiseur portable qui ressemblait à un hélicoptÚre. Terrible nuit.

TB pour l'hotel mais 0 pointé pour H.com

Viellot mais charmant. Propre et calme. Par contre le site annonce l'hotel en centre ville, c'est faux. Il est dans une zone industrielle. Il faut prendre le bus ET le tram pour aller en ville!!! AprĂšs 21h c'est Taxi!!!

Furchtbar ungepflegter dreckiger Zustand. Boden sieht aus als wurde nicht einmal gefegt/gewischt. Überall Haare und klebrige OberflĂ€chen. Unzumutbar Die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns außerdem vor dem LĂ€rm durch 50 Jugendlichen GĂ€ste gewarnt. Auch sollten wir erst nach 9 Uhr zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck kommen, da die o.g. GĂ€ste alle gleichzeitig um 7:30 dort wĂ€ren und ein FrĂŒhstĂŒck fĂŒr meine Familie und mich nicht angenehm werden wĂŒrde.

ProblĂšme de rĂ©servation malgrĂ© plus de 4 appels de ma part un coup j ai pas de chambre malgrĂ© mail de confirmation et aprĂšs j ai 2 chambre tjs malgrĂ© mail de rĂ©servation qui dit le contraire. Une seule applique fonctĂźnnait sur les 3, connexion wifi horrible sautait / fonctionnait pas, chasse d eau des toilettes a problĂšme, pas de sĂšche cheveux, tuyauterie salle de bains plus qu usĂ©es, petit dĂ©jeuner plus que mĂ©diocre : tout est congelĂ© pain viennoiserie charcuterie de trĂšs mauvaise qualité  mĂȘme pas de grille pain pr toaster Pain / pain de mie ou d Ɠuf tt est donnĂ© au compte goutte

Beaucoup de problĂšmes : dysfonctionnement cartes magnĂ©tiques plusieurs allers et retours accueil et chambre, ensuite dysfonctionnement tĂ©lĂ©commande tĂ©lĂ©vision, plusieurs allers et retours, ensuite climatisation Une fois installĂ©, lits bruyants couinaient particuliĂšrement celui cĂŽtĂ© porte, robinet bruyant, dĂ©faut d'aĂ©ration salle de bain (miroir Ă©norme buĂ©e) baignoire trĂšs glissante (j'ai glissĂ© fortement)..l’accueil mĂȘme sympathique nous a indiquer d'aller chez IBIS pour le petit dĂ©jeuner, une fois assis, le pain dans la bouche, nous avons du partir, encore aller et retour, une fois arrivĂ©s, quelle dĂ©ception, triste petits dĂ©jeuners, chocolat en poudre que du sucre, boisson Ă©galement, que des prix de base, tout laisser Ă  dĂ©sirer, des tranches de saucissons transparentes comme le fromage .. Personnellement je n'ai rien pris ..C'est honteux.. Pour guerre plus aller voir Le MAS DES CARMES, TERRE DE PROVENCE un luxe, petit dĂ©jeuner compris de roi et de trĂšs grande qualitĂ©...Aux petits soins, trĂšs bon, bien servis...Mauvaise expĂ©rience au Christol (Tout est Ă  repenser tant sur la nourriture que le confort des chambres dĂ©cevantes.. Les plus : trĂšs bon accueil, le personnel est dĂ©vouĂ© et agrĂ©able, la salle de restauration spacieuse, joli extĂ©rieur, petits dĂ©jeuners complets. Les moins : chambre minuscule, Ă©touffante, literie fatiguĂ©e, chasse d’eau d’un autre temps, (contrastant avec le panneau « nous sommes soucieux de l’environnement ne gaspillez pas d’eau) pas de dĂ©tecteur incendie.

Hotel trÚs bien situé, accés facil. Personnel accueillant. Le matelas de lit adulte est à changer parce que creux au milieu mais lit de la mezzanine pour les enfants trÚs confortable. Chambre climatisée. Bon buffet de petit déjeuner.

A fuir !!

A fuir !! 80€ la chambre jusque lĂ  ça va vue que c’est un hĂŽtel 3 Ă©toiles : Nous sommes arrivĂ©s Ă  21h30 aprĂšs l’une longue route le temps de s’installer et de prendre une douche et surprise Pas d’eau chaude !! La rĂ©ception fermant Ă  22h trop tard pour rĂ©gler le problĂšme ! Douche froide pour tout le monde , de surprise en surprise la tĂ©lĂ©commande ne fonctionner pas et aucun bouton sur la tĂ©lĂ© pour l’allumer car camoufler dans le support !! Les wc salle et la chasse dĂ©fectueuse rĂ©parer Ă  l’arrache la porte de la douche qui s’ouvre Ă  peine Ă  cause de l’échelle ! J’ai rĂ©servĂ© une chambre de 4 et je me retrouve avec 2 lit simple + un lit de 2 personne microscopique heureusement que j’etait avec ma fille de 8 ans si c’était 4 adultes compliquĂ© de dormir Ă  2 dans ce lit , Question sĂ©curitĂ© c’est pas mieux le lit de la mezzanine coller Ă  la barriĂšre et Ă  la limite du matelas l’ouverture de la barriĂšre donc un enfant dans la nuit passe et tombe sans problĂšme !! Personne m’a prĂ©venu heureusement que je suis montĂ© pour vĂ©rifier ! DerniĂšre surprise minime Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de TOUTES les autres une jolies colonies de fourmis avez Ă©galement louer la mĂȘme chambre que moi . Au matin j’ai prĂ©venu la rĂ©ception de tout mes problĂšme et Ă©gal que j’etait trĂšs en colĂšre car faire payer 80€ une chambre comme ça ce n’est pas normal il me regarde avec un aire Ă©tonnĂ© et 
 rien il repart Ă  c’est occupation !!!
