El hotel esta muy bien, pero la ducha de nuestra habitacion era muy resbaladiza y carecia de barras para cogerse, lo que es peligroso para personas de nuestra edad. Ademas la habitación carecia de armario, algo totalmente anomalo. Es un defecto de diseño que nunca habia visto antes. Todo lo demas nos parecio bien

El hotel fantástico , en la noche el Barrio era un poco complicado pero todo lo otro está bien

We been treated so bad /worst treatment ever , the way the reception boss was looking at us and talking to all the other receptionist to treat us differently/ everything started when I thought I had reservation for three and when we show up to the hotel, I said to, and when I really check, it was really too and we try to accommodate something and since we didn’t like the triple room we asked if we can stay in in this double room that we have and pay extra and they said no we can’t do that and when we decided to go to the triple ball, they said it’s already taken now and that’s fine but the way they treat us was super super super rude. The I look the behavior the tone everything as a human you can tell and as a receptionist, you should be respectful and he was nothing about respect and hate. I’m talking about the boss of the reception I didn’t ask him about his name, but he should be recognized for being the worst ever human being work on reception! When I went in the night to get my bag to get out, they send a security to make sure that I want sneak in and sleep and it was only five minutes when I show up to the room. I was just getting my coffee ready so I can spend the night out. What do you call that? Who would like to be treated like that I would understand if it was like 30 minutes after just because like I spent a lot of time and it’s nighttime inside so yeah maybe I’ll be sneaking in but it was only five minutes and I had my bag on my back and I was making my coffee……
