The Icona is perfectly placed and super convenient. Rooms are roomy and clean with great views food is top notch the staff is the best of the best. The elevator is a little small no issues for us just a note if it matters to someone. Overall a 10 out of 10!!

This was our third stay at the Icona, room 229. The room was extremely cold upon arrival. We tried increasing the temperature, without success. We finally turned the AC off and the room stayed cool enough for us. As with the last two years, even with AC running all the time, the carpet is never completely dry. The lighting in the bathroom is awful, for both of us. My husband thought it was too dark for shaving and I could not see to apply make up. There is a magnifying mirror but it is not lighted. The light sconces on either side of the mirror are for decoration only, they are not an adequate light source. Your staff is well trained, helpful and courteous. Eleanor Parisi-Shaw
