We really enjoyed our stay at Placemakr in Austin. The unit was nicely appointed, with two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, which gave us plenty of space. It felt much more like staying in an apartment than a hotel, and was very comfortable for a couple of days working while in the city. The location was great—close to downtown and convenient for getting around. Despite being so central, it was also very quiet, which we really appreciated. Comfortable, spacious, well located, and a great setup for a work stay or a few days exploring Austin. We’d happily stay here again.

The check end process was excellent Jaylan it was so kind so attentive and so accommodating. It made everything better. We were very surprised about the room. It was very clean. It had all of the amenities that you need for a stay. I had what I thought was a maintenance issue. They showed up right away, come to find out. It was user error but I was very happy that they arrived so quickly. We were even given a food recommendation. For a restaurant and went to the restaurant and had an amazing time. Jaylan thank you for making us feel so comfortable and taking great care of us!!
