The staff were phenomenal. The shuttle service was so wonderful. Oscar and Rene were very informative and so eager assist. The room was comfortable and house keeping was fine. The hotel is a bit dated but the location, shuttle service, and staff make up for the aging property. The lobby pantry was extremely limited. The bar service was nice.

I stay here often when I have business in Austin. The staff is always courteous and helpful. The rooms are of good size and no complaints on bedding. Ask for a room facing West. There is construction on I 35 and traffic is always backed up one way or the other so it might be quieter of you aren’t looking down on it.

This is an excellent location. Steps away from Town Lake and Raney Street. The free parking was a bonus. The hotel is a little dated, but clean & the location was fantastic for the price. I would definitely stay here again.
