We had an amazing stay at Kasa Downtown Austin! The apartment was extremely spacious, and it was nicely decorated and clean. All appliances were easy to use, and the bed was very comfortable. The walk-in closet with provided hangers was an unexpected plus. Also, the building itself was very easy to navigate, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. We really enjoyed being able to walk right out of the building into a walkable, safe area of downtown Austin with plenty of shops and restaurants, and the central location made getting to any area of Austin very easy. Highly recommend staying here!

This is always a great stay in Austin - my 5th time at Kasa downtown. Condo is super well located - bed is very comfortable, and having full kitchen amenities with groceries within walking distance makes this a really great choice.

Highly recommended rental. Incredible location across from ACL Live in the middle of downtown. Walking distance to the convention center and dozens of restaurants. Property management company communication was excellent and I hope to stay here again in the future.

Lovely location and space. Confusing about how to access the location as 4 businesses come up at this location ( in maps) and it very easy to miss the small KASA signs in the garage which lead you to the elevator to get to your unit. Elevator is locked off so you need the codes they send you prior to get in. Once in though, it is easy. Only bummer is that there is no parking with the unit.

Great location in downtown Austin. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Nice bed. Enjoyed the balcony. Walkable to many great dining and drinking options, as well as the walking paths along the river (and kayaking). Enjoyed the pool area. The cost was comparable to many nearby typical hotels but you get a large kitchen and living room with a balcony. In my opinion, it would be crazy to pick a typical downtown brand hotel over Kasa when visiting Austin. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was nice and big. I loved the balcony, especially when the band started playing down the street. I got myself a free concert. The kitchen was very functional and all supplies furnished were in good condition, except the wine bottle opener was broke. The building was quiet. I felt secure and safe. The safety level was higher than any other place I’ve ever seen. There was a large washer and dryer in the unit, which was very convenient. there was plenty of room in the walk-in closet in the bedroom. The following is a list of things I think it could have used, especially for someone with an extended stay. Only had one hand towel in the bathroom and two washcloth. Could use a towel hanger next to the shower Could use a swifter jet mop for when you spill something on the floor Could use a multipurpose cleaner such as 409 to wipe up spills and clean counters and refrigerators, and microwave I would definitely stay there again!
