The hotel is very new and clean. The only issues we saw that may deter someone are: (1) they do not clean the rooms daily unless requested maybe, (2) Rainey street is right behind the hotel, convenient for partying but be aware it is a little loud at night in the rooms overlooking that street.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was nice amd welcoming. Rooms closer to Rainey street are definitely noisy on Fridays and Saturdays from the many places playing music but its not really the hotels fault. Sunday night was fine and prettu quiet. Its not far from lots of things to do in downtown.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we check out, the lady at the front was wonderful! She made us feel like family. The bartender was spot on and nice to talk to.
