The staff were all amazing, kind, super helpful! We had a great stay. There was a lot of construction in the area which was a pain but the hotel has no control over that. They helped make suggestions for off-site restaurants. I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff.

This is a great location for visiting Augusta. Right downtown. Plenty of bars/restaurants in walking distance. Starbucks and CVS are a 5 min. drive. Easy to get to any location around the CSRA.

The downtown area is under a lot of construction so wasn’t really a nice area no fault of the hotels of course. Had issues with the bathroom door, like someone had ripped it off the hinges and you couldn’t open it all the way. The shower didn’t drain well. But the room was super clean and very nice. I would stay at another Hyatt in a different area. Augusta just has nothing to offer.

Large spacious room with kitchen and living room space. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and for breakfast service. Large, excellent diverse breakfast buffet, including things like salmon and the option to have a personal omelette ordered. Excellent central location at Broad Street, within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and the Convention Center and River Walk. Free easy parking in front of the hotel in the parking zone along the center isle of Broad Street.
