I love that this hotel has everything you would need all in one place, a lot of restaurants which was a plus. I did not like that our shower was barely cleaned I get weekends are busy and it was a hectic weekend, but leaving the pervious guest shaver in the shower and hair everywhere in the shower is crazy. I probably won’t book here again just for cleanliness.

I did get a great deal at the property, allowing them to choose my room upon arrival. However, I would not choose that option again. I was in an older tower so the rooms could definitely use an update. It was clean so I will give them credit for that, it just was outdated. I am not a beach person but this trip was for my grandson so I should have booked a room on the beach. I did not enjoy packing up the car to drive to the boardwalk. Had it just been an adult getaway it would have been much more enjoyable.

I texted for extra towels and they arrived quickly..and they delivered a lot of towels. That was great. I texted to have the used towels removed and for the trash to be emptied. It was not done. I texted again. Still not done. I had to call and it was finally done the day after I called. Also, I don’t like the half shower wall, half opening for the shower because water gets out of the shower no matter how hard you try. The staff was friendly.

Part of the rug was soaked from the air condition leaking Very poor lighting. The lighting inside the closet was better than the lighting outside in the bed area. There was a switch when you came in the door that lit a small hallway type entranceway, but back where the TV desk area in front of the bed, the lighting was absolutely horrible. Trying to go through my suitcase with that poor lighting was not conducive. Not a very good choice of restaurants There is several traces of restaurants excepted each of the restaurants. The menu was not that large. If you weren’t a seafood eater or if all you want was burgers and chicken, you were OK. The bellhop and the valet guys which are on pretty much on the outside of the building they were excellent The front desk was OK, but the lines were terrible so obviously they should have more people working Even the lines for express checkout were wrong because most of the machine said out of service But my main complaint was when you’re looking at the bed the left side of the bed rug was saturated soaked with water from the air-conditioning leaking

I’m starting with the negatives because I have more negative remarks than positive ones. First and the most important thing, the service, very poor house keeping service, I had requested house keeping 6x, I called for house keeping 3x from our room, waited minimum half hour each time for someone to answer, of course we had plenty time to waste staying on hold during our stay, (lil sarcasm ha..ha..ha..) hence I tried the AI help by text, utter uselessness, I requested house keeping twice by AI text and then I finally decided to walk down to front desk with one of their superb customer service team, just yessir me typing just to get rid of me, “sure sure sure” is all I heard, each time they told me within one hour someone will come but nothing happened, we stayed for 3nights 4days, we didn’t get any fresh towels or sheets, not even some free coffee they leave in the room to make, then I finally gave up because my wife told me not to let it ruin our vacation, honestly I was getting so tired and frustrated. Second was the decor, the hallways were very dingy looking with 80s style carpet, very depressing look and had a moldy smell around and the hallways looked pretty dirty. As far as the positive remarks, our rooms itself were very clean and comfortable with updated bathrooms which was nice, casino floor was nice, good food but overall we will not stay here again because of poor service, actually no service.
