The hotel was in a great location. I tried to check in at 4pm. At 5pm I was still sat in reception waiting for my room. I finally got offered a down grade to the one I had booked. The room was fine the shower was terrible. I travel a lot internationally and although this hotel looked great on paper. The service and amenities were terrible. The only member of the team that stood out hands down was John from the valet team who was superb.
