I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. One of the things that really stood out to me was when I lost track of my food delivery order. Instead of simply leaving it somewhere for me to find, the staff took the extra step of bringing it directly to my door. It was such a small gesture, but it really showed how attentive and caring they are. Overall, the staff made my stay feel comfortable and welcoming. Excellent customer service and a great experience—I would definitely stay here again!

When I arrived the room was not very clean, smells kind of bad and had pet hair all over, seems that was not vacuumed. Shout out to Rosa that changed us to another room due to my allergies. The next room was very clean. Staff there from valet workers to front desk clerks are always professional and very nice! I appreciate nice people and good service!!
