The fridge wasnt keeping anything cold. The phone in the room wasnt even plugged in or connected to anything. There were holes in the walls. The sign in the room said any missing or damaged items would be reflected on the bill but there was no coffee maker or coffee or hairdryer or anything really. Some towels and an ice bucket. The laundry machines are coin operated but there's no change machine only an atm. At least the ac worked but I've paid the same price at other places and had much better experiences. The bed was comfy but other than that I don't think ill be returning to this location again no matter the price.

The customer service was good. Very straightforward and transparent.I hear everything was handled in a professional manner. The room, on the other hand was absolutely abhorrent. It might have been the grossest hotel I've ever stayed period It's unfortunate because i'm grateful that it was available on such short notice, but I don't know if I don't I could spend my hard earned money on something like that again
