Stayed here for a quick staycation with my partner. The property was reasonably priced, but the room maintenance has definitely been let go—the paint was peeling from the ceiling, the carpet was soiled, and the pool area had a pretty terrible paint job. BUT the staff were absolutely wonderful! The rooftop bar was a massive highlight—it has amazing views of the Hartsfield-Jackson landing strip, great food and drinks, and a DJ playing. Breakfast at The Apron was also delicious. Overall, a fun vibe and great service, but the building itself really needs some upkeep.

We missed our flight and last second chose Kimpton on a whim. It’s a great hotel! Super chic, safe, quiet, and for the price you can’t beat it. There is also a free shuttle to the airport and the drivers are so nice and helpful. 10/10 stars and we found our new favorite place to stay if there’s ever an airport mishap again.

The front desk staff was so professional, friendly and just amazing! My great nephew loves the rooftop to watch the airplanes. This is our favorite hotel for staycations. We stay quarterly just to get away. The heated pool is so relaxing.

Flights got cancelled due to weather, so I had to stay over night in Atlanta. NO shuttle service to the hotel from the airport...even though the website says there is. They really need to fix that FALSE advertising or fix the shuttle drivers who do not want to drive? They do provide shuttle service to the airport though and the shuttle was timely. Check in was quick, staff was friendly. My room was clean, modern and nice. My breakfast in the morning at the restaurant was good. I recommend this hotel and hope the reasons for the previous months negative reviews around staff and hotel rooms not being clean and not damaged have been rectified. A hotel is a service industry element. Travelers have a hard enough time in present day as it is and they do not need to come to a hotel that is advertised as "high end" and be treated badly by staff that are not enthusiastic about being "of service" in a service industry. Maybe I was lucky, but if they maintain the experience I had I will continue to recommend them.
