The Hyatt house staff were wonderful with great help Dad. They have went as far to lend me a wheelchair so I can go to the aquarium. Breakfast was very well prepared. It was great. I enjoyed my stay there and I will come back again every time.

We enjoyed a one night stay for a concert. Check in was seamless. The room was nice and had everything we needed. We came back late from the concert and so it was nice to have a selection of snacks to choose from in the lobby for purchase. Missed in out on breakfast in the morning as we checked out pretty early but I have no doubt it was good. Would stay again!

A great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great and so are the other areas (pool, common area, fitness room). The breakfast was great too. I’m sure it will not last forever, but the only downside was that one of the elevators was down so sometimes we had to wait a bit for the elevator.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Specifically, Kennedy at the front desk was very nice. She provided the best customer service each time with a smile. My only complaint with the hotel is the breakfast bar could be better and have a more complete selection of items to choose from. Overall, we had a great experience.

All employees were AMAZING. Very upbeat and helpful. The property is very convenient to all attractions. They keep the front doors locked and only accessible with a guest key. We felt very safe. Air conditioning worked well. So convenient to have a full kitchen. The gym was very adequate and looked pretty new. The staff kept the breakfast items well stocked. Above average assortment of items (scrambled/hard boiled eggs, bacon/sausage, home fries, cottage cheese, yogurt, mixture of fruits (fresh and out of a can), bread, donut holes, OJ/apple juice, coffee/tea.
