My original room was terrible the carpet was nasty… There was half a roll of toilet paper. You have to pay for additional linen $3.00 to use laundry. All of this isn’t information given. Then they ran out of linen. My room had roaches, the tub was dirty scum the employee stated that the cleaning staff was gone for the evening so after a 8hr drive I couldn’t even take a shower pissed I was because I had to go buy products to clean…..There was trash swept in corner not mopped!!! couldn’t get another room til the morning yes I complained and was told nothing til morning. The pictures are not an updated look of the place. The staff was helpful especially the young lady manager. She sis what she could but THE OWNER NEEDS to do a thorough deep cleaning.

Check in was ok got to the room it had no chair, got switched to another room it had a chair. The room was good size, but there is no coffee maker, no shampoo, no amenities at all, and no coffee available and no people at the front desk. Would not recommend it to one night traveler 's

A good place to stay

Overall, it was a good stay. The only two things we didn't like were that the elevator didn't work. My wife is asthmatic, and it was difficult for her to take the stairs to the third floor. The other issue was that the front desk was closed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Hotel met needs for the trip. Sean was awesome with my check in. Interesting that there was a false fire alarm each night of stay. Could have done without a 1am first night false fire alarm and 4 am second night false fire alarm.

The hallways smell terrible. I’m assuming it’s because the rugs look like they haven’t been cleaned since they got them. Now I was on the 3rd floor and I’m not sure about the other floors but it was absolutely nasty. I wouldn’t dare walk on that floor bare footed even with socks on. The customer service was a 10 out of 10. Makayla was amazing and very nice. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathtub needs to be upgraded but clean. Overall I rate this stay a 6/10
