Great service from all the staff! Allowed for early check in and easy check out. The buffet breakfast was delicious and shoutout the omelette lady!!! She was KILLING it. My family will be back. Only complaint would be the sofa mattress could be a little better, but overall, GREAT visit!

I definitely appreciated the balcony; phenomenal view. Breakfast are very nice; utilize the custom order station. I had issues with the darn gate exit from parking but it was very likely user error and both times staff appeared like magic to remedy quickly without any worries. When I arrived they had canceled my reservation. I waited about 45 minutes before the helpful young man named Aaroon helped me. Very nice and well mannered young man. Because of his help I was able to get a room with the same price. Please give him my best wishes and thank you for your help.

Housekeeping did not clean my room until late then didnt come in one of the days at all so I had a bunch of trash and laundry laying on the floor waiting to be taken. Had no towels for a shower. We got drinks in the lobby bar and was not told how much they would be and the shots of liquor were in the drinks were extra and ridiculously priced. The total for two drinks cost us $60. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a nice clean property that is well maintained with very friendly and attended staff. Location is key and it's close to me museums. The room was very quiet and private just as I expected. I would definitely return to this property.
